The fourth volume of the tutorial series contains 32 duets for two bassoons by composers of the 17th to 20th centuries, progressing in difficulty to offer bassoon students relatively quickly access to the pleasure of ensemble playing. The two parts are equally demanding, facilitating student-student as well as student-teacher ensemble playing.
