When Michael Kelly Guitars set out to make a signature 12-string acoustic/electric guitar for Zebra front man Randy Jackson, they knew it had to be special. Richly-figured ziricote top, back andsides and a natural gloss finish combined with mother-of-pearl inlays including the Forte Celtic knot provide the distinctive look.

The unique offset sound hole creates a larger resonant area under the strings forimproved depth, accuracy and tone. Lightweight scalloped cross-bracing adds strength, without damping this critical tonal surface. The side-mounted soundhole allows the player to hear sound coming directly from the body oftheinstrument. A Fishman® Sonicore pickup and Fishman Presys 1 preamp deliver flawless sound for stage and studio work.

Designed for the modern player, the comfortable Forte Port body features a single cutaway design. TheC profile mahogany neck is dovetail set and equipped with a 20-fret ovangkol fingerboard. Changing a single string or even the whole set is quick and easy using the Zero Pin Bridge.
